A coordination council is being held in parliament between the formations negotiating the formation of a government. The emergency meeting was called after the BSP objected at the last minute to the package of legislative measures in the social sphere in a coalition agreement.
"We proposed an amendment to the legislation that mainly concerns the social sphere. For example, payments for the first, second and third child, the increase in maternity pay, and the medication for children. They did not specify which law should be changed and in what timeframe", said BSP leader Cornelia Ninova.
