Second stage of campaign "Winter" begins. Until November 20, the focus will be on pedestrians, as well as drivers who do not give way to pedestrians at crosswalks.
Inspections continue to monitor whether the cars are ready for winter, whether we are driving with suitable tires and whether the wipers and car lights are working.
From November 15, sanctions will be imposed on drivers of cars that do not have winter tires.
