This year, 2022, we are celebrating 50 years since the twinning of the cities of Plovdiv and Okayama. In this regard, the Municipality of Plovdiv invites residents of Plovdiv and guests of the city to several events dedicated to the important anniversary. They begin on July 1, when an exhibition entitled "Okayama: Unknown - Familiar" opens, which will be located in the space next to the Roman Stadium

Photographic exhibition on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the twinning of the cities of Plovdiv and Okayama. The exhibition takes us into a fairy tale about the beauty of the city of Okayama - the rich cultural heritage, the impressive architecture and the curious details of the daily life of its inhabitants, and makes the distant - close, and the unknown - familiar.
