As of today, those vaccinated with a third booster dose will be able to download their new certificates from the National Health Information System site - his.bg. The document was approved by Minister Asena Serbezova on Thursday after the European Commission introduced changes to the document.
According to the new requirements, which will be valid for the whole European Union from January 1, the booster dose will be marked as the third out of of 3, and for single-dose vaccines - as the second of 2. To generate the new certificate, users must ID card number and the number of the booster dose or the number of any of the previously generated certificates.
