More than 20 NGOs supporting families in need, adults and children with disabilities, and families at risk have sent letters to the national ombudsman. All of them face the inability to perform the services they offer due to high electricity and gas bills. Thousands of people who need help have been affected. Some of the bills have a 200% increase.
Some of the organizations are on a delegated state budget and the high price of electricity is not provided in the bills.
