During the past 24hrs, 1,652 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Bulgaria. The active cases in Bulgaria are 98,509, the patients in hospital are 5,551, of which 631 in the intensive care unit.
116 people died in the 24-hour period. 474 were admitted to hospital. During the same period, 17,216 doses of vaccine were given.
A total of 29,279 people have lost the battle with the virus since the pandemic began.
