Restaurant visits see dramatic decline in Plovdiv after the requirement for a green certificate.
Restaurant owners face difficulties to inspect the visitors, as the applications do not scan correctly for customers who have been vaccinated outside Bulgaria, which creates inconvenience.
In addition, it is not clear whether the requirement applies to the tables inside or outside the restaurants.
It has been found that since the introduction of the green certificate requirement, visits have dropped dramatically, by almost 80%.
