Today, the Council of Ministers is debating whether municipalities that cannot pay their bills have transparent budgets.
"Today's meeting will be divided into regular and operational. On the second, it is very important to discuss the high prices of electricity and gas and the budget of the municipalities. We need to make sure that they work transparently.
